Our history

Launched in 2026, DRG® Event Solutions is a division of DRG® (Disaster Resource Group, LLC). We focus solely on event support while leveraging the vast resources and capabilities of DRG®.

We are staffed by some of the most trusted, experienced, and successful professionals in the events sector. The unique combination of our emergency management history and event sanitation experience provides synergies resulting in the calm under pressure and attention to detail needed to ensure your event goes off without a hitch.

Anthony Heath

Executive Vice President, Events

Anthony has over 25 years of experience in the Events market, Sanitation industry, and mobile trailer manufacturing. Developing and leading DRG’s newest service line, Anthony is building DRG Event Solutions to establish our reputation for quality equipment, white-glove service, and a worry-free event experience with high-quality employees who are proven and trusted in high-stakes environments.

Zachary Stepp

Director, Sanitation

With over 25 years of experience, Zachary leads event operations and logistics, coordinating resources and vendors for seamless on-site execution. His hands-on approach, attention to detail, and collaboration with clients and production teams help deliver safe, efficient, and successful large-scale events on schedule.

Derek Reyes

Account Executive

Derek is an Event Sales Executive with 20+ years of experience in the event industry, including 5 years in the sanitation sector. He has successfully secured and managed portable restroom and trailer solutions for high-profile outdoor music festivals, concerts, PGA tournaments, NASCAR races, sporting events and other large-scale productions.

Lara Ventura

Account Executive

With over 20 years in the industry, Lara has extensive experience in event services, sales, and business development. She builds strong client relationships and tailored solutions for events and large-scale productions, including infrastructure and portable sanitation. Her customer-focused approach supports lasting partnerships and reliable, high-quality service.

Amy Langbein

National Account Executive

Amy is a respected events industry veteran with 14 years of experience and extensive expertise in event production, mega tent structures, and portable sanitation. As a trusted industry resource, Amy prides herself on relationships, putting clients first and being a true partner—not just a vendor. Based in Orlando, she provides stellar service nationwide as our National Account Executive.

Carol Meyer

Vice President Talent & HR

Carol leads DRG’s talent with 40 years of experience in HR strategy and resource acquisition. A dual-certified Senior Professional (SHRM-SCP and SPHR), she specializes in instructional design and performance consulting. Carol provides the strategic direction needed to build and sustain DRG’s elite response teams.

Marcy Vanderwoude

Manager, Talent Operations

Marcy Vanderwoude serves as the Talent Operations Manager, bringing more than 20 years of comprehensive human resources experience to the role. Marcy holds a PHR certification and is known for her strategic approach to workforce management. She excels at designing efficient HR systems, managing talent pipelines, and driving operational excellence to support scalable organizational growth.

Billy Landreneau

Vice President Finance & IT

Billy is a CPA with 20 years of experience in Big 4 public accounting and corporate finance. Holding a master’s in accounting from LSU, he directs DRG’s financial and IT infrastructure. His analytical rigor and diligence provide the essential fiscal oversight and digital resilience required for complex disaster response.
